Confusion!

Well, today morning I was very much disturbed by the low disk space in my gear. I was kind of thinking about buying a new hard drive. But, I also have in my mind about buying a new laptop. To be honest, I want to run linux in my gear. That was the reason behind worrying my to buy a new hard drive. But I think that laptop is a good go as it can do a lot more stuff that a drive can't do. That too I can install my dream linux in that and I can lso take that along with me to my hostel. But financially it hits my wallet too much!

An idea!!!

I've been mining with the bit coins for about a month. Well.. Wait.. Look at this.. Now, these bit coin miners use out GPU to solve blocks of problems in the form which exists which we don't understand, for which we are rewarded in the form of bit coins. Well well well.. Here's the idea. These freaks have found a way for money and to be open nowadays this is frustrating. As I play a lot of game and also a reasonable excuse that I can't afford for a big budget rig! We don't need one though when using this bit coins concept. Its is P2P network. What?? yes yes the same thing. If they are able to use our GPU in a pooled mining, why can't we use another GPU which is in the same network? And I get a good speed like I actually own the GPU virtually! Well ,what about a GTX 590? greedy eh? That's fine.. This is really gonna be great. Gonna be happy hours for gamers. And don't worry happy hours for those owning those big rigs too. When they keep their comp idle, they can charge people for a reasonable rent for which they can use their GPU for their gaming experience. Hope hackers won't exploit this. i.e. Hope they won't gain access to all those idle GPUs at once in an unauthorized way.... :D :0 :)

The irony of google policy!

We all would have read or come across the book called "The GOOGLE story". It states a very important policy also unique of that of Google which it is proud about (actually it boasts). The policy is that Google has and never will publicize itself by placing ads on other sites or asking or requesting other users to use itself or its products. Nowadays I see a lot of ads on other sites recommending about Google chrome stating it is fastest browser ever ( which actually isn't true!).
So is this is irony of the Google policy??? :P

Windows mobile app

Here again, in my next project though a very big one takes a long time but still a very interesting one though. I've started making basic apps in windows mobile platform. Now, I've decided to go for the big shot. The following steps sequence them:
1. Create a website with sufficient enough space of some 10GB at the initial stage to store full of music ( to start with!).
2. Next, create an app for the windows mobile, which uses the network connectivity to capture the songs in the website and play them over the phone.
3. Now, here's the crazy part. The more the people use it the more songs get played and the more times each song. According to the number of time each song is played, of course categorized, it is ranked. And whenever a user turns on the app, it receives this data and asks with a pop up whether he wants to play the top some no. song of the week or day or month or so.........
4. Not yet.. Still have work. Once this gets going, videos add up and so on.
5. I depends on my speed to launch this asap.
Oh, well lets see if i can catch some of my reliable friends into this!

Improvements!

WOW!! We can see cctv cams all over the city nowadays and that too they working. This is a deal to bot police as well as trouble makers.
Actually, for police, its like a deal that they should do their job well. Hope you understand what does that mean!! :P

Hmm, just saw in the daily about the opposition held by muslim party but the pop has started right away !
And this shows it..

We can see police in every part of the city nowadays. Actually good to see but to be frank its threat to people like me for driving without license.. :D

Critisism (GOV)

This is another pic that I came across when I went to the central railway station for booking tickets for my friends. And found this dog sleeping in the chillness of A/C.
Well, that's embarrassing. We(natives) can tolerate but what about the foreigners? Is this "Athithi Devo Bhava"??

Critisism

This is the condition of trains in Tamil Nadu.
People come and board the trains drunk and occupy the floors for sitting which disable the passengers from standing free. And If they are asked to leave a space they use their bloody rubbish language because of which the status of the person fighting with them come down.

Being afraid of the loss of their status in the society most of the people either ignore them and take up the difficulty which actually is an uninvited and unwanted one.

If they say they are drunk is the only reason, then its just a reason and not the truth. It's not that a drunk man can stand and board a train. It is that they just do odd things making people way for them. If this is the case and if this continues, the fate of the carriers in the Indian Railways would lead to havoc. Law should be enacted to punish these people.

Light sensor for coding for fun

Well, two days back I've learnt some important concepts of c#. The .net micro framework is simply great. That too, its application in the netduino is awesome. So, I thought it to be more innovative. I think, just by attaching a light sensor in one of the digital i/o pins connected to a light switch, would control the light by turning it off during day and turning it on during nights automatically.

I just made a comparison between apple ios and google android:

Openly speaking, I'm an apple fan. Any ways I've experienced, i pod touch 4g, iPhone 3gs and iPhone 4 and android ( Samsung galaxy) and the latest android versions on my desktop.
IOS is kind of locked!
But when jail broken, nothing can beat it. The number of applications, its like a sea.
Not to be blamed anybody did android make its late entry but an open source entry which makes it popular. The dragging of the task bar from the top is a very good one which is very much innovative. But clearing memory is the sloppy part. We have to use a separate tool for that . Another thing, android is not that much customizable even if so, the 4th gen apple devices have got enabled customization. When it comes to the cost, apple's cost if flat and only apple's devices own its genuine trademark. Whereas we've got a plenty to choose as far as android is concerned. Apple is a big fish. It can't be swallowed, but may be can get rotten. Is android good enough to do that?
Windows mobile....... Coming up in the next post! comments are invited.

Gravitational force

Yesterday, I saw the latest release of X men(X men first class). I had a doubt for a long time regarding the powers in the x men especially the powers that someone who lifts objects without any contact. Well, this can be real in the practical world. Theoretically we know that each and every body on the earth posses gravitational force between every other object. Is that force is concentrated to such an extent that it gets highly intensified and can get control of other objects without in contact with them. Just like the way, when we keep a bit of paper under the sun we dont get any effect over the paper while when we keep a magnifying glass in the path of the rays, we get the paper is burnt because the scattered rays are brought to gather in a constructive interference which increases the intensity but not the magnitude as it is not generating any new rays from the glass. Why can't we put in the same principle for this too so that we can concentrate it and move and gain access with out contact!!
